Everything You Need to Know
All items are sent in 100% recyclable packaging - including the tape.
Each piece of jewellery comes presented in an organza bag with some little extras.
All parcels are sent with Royal Mail for a secure service.
As standard, all items are sent 1st or 2nd class signed for if over £15, unless otherwise stated.
If you require a different service, please let me know before check out and I can arrange this.
I aim to dispatch all items within 3 working days of you placing your order.
Items will be sent as a large letter or small parcel package, depending on size of order. The costs will reflect this.

Large Letter -
1st class signed for £4.85
Delivery aim 1 - 2 working days after dispatch.
2nd Class Signed for £3.65
Delivery aim 2 - 3 working days after dispatch.
Small Parcel -
1st class signed for £6.20
Delivery aim 1 - 2 working days
2nd class signed for £5.15
Delivery aim 2 - 3 working days
PLEASE NOTE - delivery aim is the time once the parcel has been posted with Royal Mail and does not include the dispatch time.
RETURNS
The Magick is within you
Due to the energy exchange of crystals, I cannot offer a refund unless faulty.
I am happy to offer an exchange within 10 days of receiving your piece if the item is not suitable - excluding custom orders.
The buyer must pay return postage unless the item is faulty.
All of my pieces are made using durable thread and wrapped in a secure way.
In the unlikely event that your piece is faulty upon receiving please get in touch to arrange a return.
Your piece is made to last many years with good care - I am unable to refund any faulty item through general wear and tear.
